FRIENDS OF HILLVIEW.
This dedicated group of tireless workers was formed about four years ago to fund raise for special projects. They have done a fantastic job in continuing to raise money to improve facilities for the residents, and to assist at many other functions and working bees. The fundraising for the Palliative Care Unit is growing.  Thank you to all of the Friends of Hillview for your hard work and commitment. It is very much appreciated by the Board of Management, staff and residents.
 

 A special thanks is also extended to the very generous financial donors who regularly give money to support Hillview.

 2007-2008 Friends of Hillview

 Raised  $6,837.00, Expenses $1,492.28 from events such as

  • Quilt & Craft Show
  • Trivia Night-Football theme
  • Catering functions
  • Sale of Cinema tickets
  • Donations from Longwarry  & District Lions Club
  • A Grant from Bendigo Bank
  • Buy a Brick
  • Chocolate drives

All funds raised continue to go towards the building of the community Palliative Care Unit.
